It is at the nautical base of Notre Dame that you will find various activities to practise: sand yachts, windsurfing, catamaran, sea kayak, surfing, longe-côte…
In 2020, a new nautical activity was born, the stand up paddle which consists in moving by rowing upright on a large board, using a paddle. This fun and playful activity, accessible to all, can take place at sea, while walking along the coast, or in the marshes. It helps to tone the legs, abs and arms and is therefore very beneficial for the body and head.
As for the amateurs of fishing on foot, they will appreciate the fishing spot of the Pont d’Yeu, in particular during the big tides, to go to seek the mussels and the clams.
Notre Dame de Monts is also an ideal seaside village to make beautiful strolls in the heart of the forest, along the pedestrian paths, or by bike on the numerous cycle tracks, or on horseback.
